The following is in no way meant to sound harsh, but is a necessity that needs to be understood by every individual with whom I share correspondence, every person who visits my blog and reads my material. It is a requirement to read for any person who participates in the writing or receiving of emails, question & answers, and for those who choose to follow my same exercises or nutrition plan.

 

The sole purpose of bikram bitch is to provide inspiration to women; specifically mothers who are trying to regain their strength, recover, and revitalize their mind, body, and spirit. It is my personal platform, where I am able to express my inner beliefs, opinions, and daily-life updates. In order to ensure that we are on the same page, you are required to read this disclaimer, in its entirety, before viewing my blog, participating in any correspondence or taking part in any exercises, nutritional regimens and/or any information you may read on bikram bitch.

 

You must fully understand and agree that any information and/or suggestions given and shared with you, via any and all correspondence including, but not limited too: health & fitness, nutrition, the body, the mind, consulting, supplements, pregnancy & postpartum exercise, and wellness, are solely based upon my personal plans, thoughts, ideas, experience, and opinions. This blog is my personal platform to express my personal journeys, beliefs, ideas, and successes.Everything that I express via email, social websites, blog postings, and through all other forms of communication are a direct reflection of what is healthy and works for me. I work very closely with my doctor, with whom I receive medical advice from, as should any person following an exercise or diet plan. Although I am currently working towards a degree and several certifications in the field, as of today, I am not licensed, I am not certified, and I am not legally able to provide you medical or dietary information, insight or evaluations. I am not a doctor and I am not a nutritionist, nor do I claim to be in any way, shape or form. I am simply a woman who has researched, defined, and successfully created my own regimen. I do not currently endorse or represent any company.

 

Any and all nutritional, fitness or wellness plans that you choose to follow and partake in should always be reviewed by your physician and a dietician before you begin, and should be monitored continuously throughout your practicing. Should you ask for my advice, help, ideas, suggestions and/or opinions, you understand that you are doing so at your own risk. My answers, postings, responses to submissions, and all other communications from via bikram bitch, are simply a reflection of my personal beliefs and successes, both of which should not be replaced by professional, medical advice.

 

Responses, communications, and postings that you read from me or viewed on my blog should never be replaced by a medical professional.

 

Every person, woman, body, and mind is different. Just because something works for me, does not mean that it is the best for you or that you will achieve success, as I have. The specific regimens that I choose to follow are those of my own preference and personal opinion. You must understand and accept that while I have had great success-you may not, and while my physical, supplemental, and nutritional plan is healthy and manageable for me-it may not be healthy, realistic or useful for you. By choosing to listen, follow, repeat, watch, download or practice my personal advice, suggestions, ideas, workouts, and/or nutritional information, you understand that you are doing so at your own risk.

 

You must agree before sharing correspondence, visiting my blog, and/or communicating with me, that I am in no way to be held liable for any health issues, injuries, illnesses, complications or concerns that may happen or arise as a result from you doing so.
